Although he seems to be ignoring the obvious issues of civil war that we would be dumping on a clearly unprepared Iraqi government, there is a great post by Cenk Uygur over at the Huffington Post on what can be reasonably expected at this point from Iraq. Everything claimed by Bush, et. al. since the begining of the war has either happend or been discounted (WMDs, oops!). We are now stuck in this seemingly eternal “stay the course” moment, and it is time someone step up and say with some force that things have to change.
